Does Guaranteed Telecom offer any additional maintenance packages?

Yes at Guaranteed Telecom we do offer an additional maintenance package where all our direct debit customers are saved from high telecom engineer’s line fault call out charges especially when the fault is within customers premises. Feel free to contact us to understand the details.

If I have a fault in my line, whom to contact?

You just need to call our faults team and every other problem of your line will be dealt by them very promptly and efficiently, without creating much nuisance. All repairs are carried out at a faster pace.

Will I be receiving my bill through an e-mail?
